The Job

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related queries, issues, and support requests
  • Ensure system security and access controls are properly maintained, adhering to the established policies
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, assisting them in navigating the ERP system and resolving any functional or technical issues
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and refresher courses for existing users to maximize system utilization and productivity
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to the ERP system, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system by conducting regular data audits and data cleansing activities
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices concerning ERP system usage and data handling

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related qualification with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP modules such as finance, human resources, student management, and inventory management
  • Knowledge of MySQL and database management will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end users and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
