Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a 5-star luxury property.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
- Proactive and focused attention on guest needs, whilst always staying calm and courteous.
- Pleasant and charming personality with excellent grooming.
- Flexible working hours, hands-on, people’s person and service oriented.
