Major Responsibilities
- Coordinating and administering the plans under the guidance and direction of the Head of FOD.
- Identifying, preparing, and executing plans for resource development opportunities for sustainable development of the districts.
- Planning, organizing, and executing National level programmes under the guidance and direction of the Head of FOD that aligns with the Sarvodaya strategic plans.
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and assisting the Head of FOD to conduct all the meetings for the districts and with Units.
- Assisting the Head of FOD to analyse and identify the training and development requirements of the districts.
- Designing and implementing a staff evaluation system.
- Supervising, following-up and reporting the monthly progress of the districts.
- Updating the Head of FOD on the monthly financial status/ monthly accounts (Income and Expenditure) of all districts and implementing necessary actions on his advice.
- Reporting and coordinating activities and information relating to disaster control in the districts.
Requirements and Skills
- A Degree in Social Development from National Institute of Social Development or a Graduate in Sociology / Social Science from a recognized University.
- 05-06 years hands-on experience in Field Operations or similar capacity with a reputed Non-Governmental Organization.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Project Manager role.
- Age: Below 45 years.
- Remuneration: LKR 50,000/- - 60,000/-.
