We are on the lookout for dedicated and service-driven Butlers to join the Uga family across our stunning collection of properties in Sri Lanka.
As a Butler, you will be the embodiment of personalized luxury creating unforgettable moments, anticipating guest needs, and delivering an elevated standard of hospitality that defines Uga Escapes.
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel/resort setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- A passion for creating bespoke guest experiences.
Locations:
Positions are open at all Uga properties — from the serene beaches to the wild plains.
