JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for new talent with appropriate qualifications and experience to join our team and work in the office as an Assistant Manager HR in compliance with professional standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting HR operational work related to the branch offices in the region.
- Assisting overseas recruitment work matters for projects.
- Assisting the Management on drafting policies and procedures.
- Providing support for special company projects and initiatives.
- Preparing analytical reports, documents and conducting process follow-ups.
- Overseeing HRIS and its implementations.
- Assisting with other HR tasks as and when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with other professional qualifications in the related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
