Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our immigration services to prospective clients across Australia. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for client success and a strong background in selling professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, qualify, and convert leads into paying clients
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration services
- Maintain and manage leads and client records using CRM software
- Follow up with leads systematically to ensure conversion and build client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, operations, marketing) to ensure a smooth client journey
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay informed on immigration trends, visa options, and industry changes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in selling professional services (e.g., legal, consulting, education, financial, or immigration services)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, English Literature, or a related field
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and convert leads through consistent and strategic follow-up
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and drive to achieve targets

Remuneration
LKR 120,000-200,000 depending on your performance.
