HR Manager
Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Management and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.
We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results oriented individual for the post of HR Manager.
She/he is responsible for handling HR functions of the Company as well as assisting the Senior Management with general operations and business development.
Role
- Attending to HR functions of the Company (Recruitment, Training, Performance Evaluations, Etc.)
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Handling grievances, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Coordinating with Government Bodies (eg. International Chamber of Commerce, BOI, etc.), Ministries and Embassies on various projects.
- Assisting the Senior Management in Business Development and Operational activities.
- Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards and all related documentation.
Profile
- Degree or MBA in Human Management from a reputed University.
- 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Age between 27-40.
- Strong interpersonal and PR skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
