E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven E-commerce Manager to oversee the digital sales strategy across our diverse business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy across multiple platforms, including company websites and third party marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, optimize pricing, and create promotional campaigns on online marketplaces.
- Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing).
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics to optimize sales, customer retention, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Enhance customer experience through UI/UX improvements, payment gateway optimization, and post purchase support.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in similar capacity in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Expertise in multi category e-commerce (FMCG, Furniture, B2B, Travel, etc.), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Booking Engines), SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing, Google Analytics, CRM and ERP.
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan e-commerce regulations, payment gateways, and travel booking trends.
