- Prepping ingredients and assisting in baking.
- Daily kitchen maintenance.
- Processing and fulfilling orders.
- Work together with the team to deliver seamless backend operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bakery experience with preference working with cakes.
- Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo).
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary package of between LKR 480,000 - 600,000 per annum.
- Meals provided.
- Boarding provided if needed.
- Get a signing bonus in 3 months.
- Get a confirmation bonus in 6 months.
- Overtime included with 2x pay.
