- Create and manage roster every week.
- Oversee the daily bakery production line and conduct relevant quality checks.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and quality checks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing a production line.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary package of between LKR 720,000 - 900,000 per annum.
- Get a signing bonus in 3 months.
- Get a confirmation bonus in 6 months.
- Two days off per week.
