Supervisor – Ayurvedic Wellness Villa
We are a 6 room Ayurvedic wellness villa dedicated to healing, relaxation, and authentic Sri Lankan hospitality. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Location: (Maggona / Beruwala)
Position: Full-time
Accommodation & Meals Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the villa and wellness center
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure high service standards
- Oversee guest check-ins, stays, and feedback handling
- Liaise with Ayurvedic doctors and therapists for guest treatment schedules
- Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance records
- Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen, housekeeping, and wellness departments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel or wellness villa supervision (Ayurveda background preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (German or Russian is a plus)
- Good knowledge of hospitality and guest care
- Friendly, organized, and proactive
