VILLA MANAGER
Uga Riva is a high-end luxury boutique villa nestled in a lush five-acre plantation in Negombo, the 180-year-old traditional manor house is cherished by travellers seeking an indulgent sanctuary. Owned and managed by Uga which is a luxury boutique hotel chain with an exquisite collection of hotels. The Uga Experience unites the natural magic of Sri Lanka with the warmest hospitality of her people.
We are currently on the search for a Villa Manager for our luxury boutique villa in Negombo. The position provides key leadership while maintaining the brand's highest standards, managing a team of dedicated employees, and ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized services to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily operations of the villas, including housekeeping, maintenance, and upkeep to maintain a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and exceeded, ensuring a personalized and luxurious experience during their stay.
- Supervising, leading, inspiring, and training a team of dedicated villa staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Managing the villa's budget effectively while maximizing guest satisfaction.
- Managing villa reservations, coordinating guest check-ins, and ensuring timely communication with guests.
- Addressing and resolving any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in luxury hospitality management, preferably with a focus on villa management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire the villa team.
- Excellent command of the English language coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
