Assistant Manager - CRM

Job Responsibilities

  • Service walk-in customers / prospective customers by providing the required information as per the set procedures / guidelines.
  • Act as a supporting officer for CX / Call Centre and client servicing.
  • Handle all customer-related documents meeting set standards and guidelines.
  • Attend to all e-onboarding applications on time and process accordingly.
  • Keep record of all visitors / customers and handing over of collected documents.

Person Specifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a CRM role or a similar customer-facing role in a reputed organization.
  • Relevant professional qualification in full or part.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
