Job Requirements
- Possess a degree or professional qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Sound knowledge in handling a computerized (ERP) system is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skill, effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues or challenges that may arise during warehouse/distribution operation.
- Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills to drive and coach a store team.
- Should be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
