PRODUCTION EXECUTIVES
Location: Wadduwa
As a Production Executive in our dairy processing plant, you will be in charge of a shift and lead your team to achieve desired results. You will be joining a team of experienced professionals in the fields of manufacturing/ engineering and will pave your way for a mutually beneficial career within the Group. This position is based in our subsidiary company Richlife Diaries Ltd situated at Wadduwa.
Key job functions:
- Efficient supervision of production process and lead your production team.
- Deploy, lead and motivate team members to achieve key result areas of production process in each shift.
- Train and guide production floor employees to achieve results.
- Maintenance of records pertaining process performance such as efficiency, output, yield etc.
- Confirm production/ efficiency yield using ERP System.
- Attend to people administrative functions in the production process and ensure health and safety aspects of production team.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree/ diploma in the field of Food Science or chemistry/ Agriculture from a recognized university/ institution.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in similar capacity. (Prior work experience in a FMCG Manufacturing Company will be an added advantage).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Candidate those who are living in Kalutara District will be more preferred.
