F&B OPENINGS

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead the forecasting, planning, and management of food and beverage orders for our hospitality property. Additionally, you will be expected to lead your team by example.

F&B Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, forecast, and execute food and beverage orders.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience.
  • Develop alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.
  • Monitor food and beverage supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Track and manage shipments.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff members.
  • Supervise customer welcoming processes.
  • Strive for exceptional customer experiences.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Aged in-between 30 - 45 years.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Resided or based in Western Province.
  • 05 years in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Great team management skills and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations or a similar role.
