Assistant Manager - Business Systems Support (BSS)
Job Profile:
- Assist in identifying process gaps (end-to-end financial processes in JD Edwards ERP System) and re-engineer processes if required to ensure Financial Processes are efficient, smooth, and robust
- Discuss process gaps with all concerned divisions and ensure the solution addresses these requirements prior to implementation
- Provide support for financial modules in JD Edwards (JDE) ERP System
- Assist in preparation of necessary documentation to reflect changes made in the processes
- Assist to ensure that the JDE Finance module is utilized to its optimum potential by respective user departments & process owners
- Bring in new innovations which may enhance the experience of the users
Candidate Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Finance. Financial Tech background will be added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with JDE
- Striving for Excellence and a Team Player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Focused on handling user queries
- Good analytical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
