Transport Supervisor cum Boat Captain
Key Competencies
- Ensure the safe and efficient navigation of vessels in line with maritime regulations.
- Supervise day-to-day vessel operations, including transport logistics and maintenance scheduling.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the transport crew, ensuring service excellence at all times.
- Monitor vessel activity for compliance with company policies and maritime laws.
- Step in as Boat Captain as and when operationally required.
- Extensive knowledge of vessel navigation and maritime safety protocols.
- Strong background in emergency response and incident handling.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A service-oriented leader with a guest-first mindset.
- Physically fit and ready to take on the challenges of resort transport operations.
- Energetic, professional, and flexible with working hours and shift patterns.
