SAP FICO Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate SAP FICO implementation, customization, and support.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and map client needs.
- Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot SAP FICO modules.
- Identify system gaps and propose solutions or workarounds.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and maintain updates.
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
- Provide consultancy for new projects and ongoing support.
- Act as a liaison between business, technical teams, and partners.
- Deliver SAP FICO training and mentor junior team members.
- Meet SLA/KPI targets and follow time-tracking standards.
- Support MDM tasks as needed and manage personal development.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in at least 2 full cycle implementations as well as in support projects.
- Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD and 3rd party applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Must be result oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- SAP certification – FICO will be an added advantage.
