Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and motivated Associate Consultants with expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules – FICO, SD, PP, and MM – to join our SAP migration team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the RISE with SAP transition by providing expert functional knowledge, performing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective business solutions across the relevant modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and support in SAP S/4HANA modules – FICO, SD, PP, and MM – throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues reported by users, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Perform configuration and customization in the respective modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) as part of the migration and go-live process.
- Identify gaps between the legacy ECC system and S/4HANA functionalities and recommend suitable solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across modules and business processes.
- Support data migration activities, validating master and transactional data integrity during and after the migration.
- Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live support for the RISE with SAP project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, with expertise in at least one of the following modules: FICO, SD, PP, or MM.
- Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills within the respective functional area(s).
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related tools.
- Understanding of business processes in Finance, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, or Materials Management.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in relevant SAP modules (FICO/SD/PP/MM) is an advantage.
