PROLOGIC POS IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
K P H Technology Pvt Ltd is the leading enterprise application solutions provider to the Hospitality industry in Sri Lanka. We specialize in providing IT solutions to restaurants, hotels, casinos and leisure establishments.
We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team of Prologic Point Of Sale Implementation Consultants who are responsible for implementation and support services to our customers in Sri Lanka & Maldives.
The selected candidate will be provided with the required training needed to provide services to our customers.
- Responsible for configuring Prologic Point Of Sale application at customer sites and providing the required user training with go-live support
- Understanding the requirements and needs of the customer and making the required changes within the applications to meet them
- Impart knowledge and best practices during implementation and for on-going support services
- Provide customer support services for our local and international customers
- Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reports
- Willing to work based on project scope and meeting with deadlines stipulated
Other Requirements
- Able to travel to our customer sites and be away from home during project deployment
- Willing to work based on project scope and meeting deadlines stipulated
Skills and Experience Required
- Diploma In IT
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Front Office | Cashiering or Restaurant operations
- Excellent in written and spoken English
