Duties and responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient customer support.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with POS/credit card terminals.
- Guide users the installation.
Candidate must possess
- Ordinary Level or Advanced Level.
- Age more than 21 to 30.
- IT knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
