As we prepare to open our doors, we’re building a passionate team and we’re looking for an organised, talented & proactive Chef De Partie to help bring this vision to life.
THE ROLE
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the hot kitchen & ensure consistent, high-quality execution of dishes. This is a hands-on role suited for someone passionate about flavor, presentation, & working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Prepare & present dishes to a high standard
- Assist with prep, portion control & stock rotation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support, train mentor & supervise junior kitchen staff while fostering a positive & efficient working environment
- Monitor inventory levels & assist with ordering supplies
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience as a CDP or strong Commis stepping up
- Passion for cooking & knowledge of Asian flavours or techniques
- Strong attention to detail & a team first attitude
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet professional attitude that is customer-focused
