what you’ll do

  • Research and build a target list of cafés, hotels, supermarkets, and specialty stores.
  • Visit 5-7 clients daily, introduce our brand, and offer samples/demos.
  • Negotiate deals, close 5 new accounts weekly, and onboard them.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct weekly stock checks and prevent stockouts.
  • Upsell new blends/promotions to boost sales.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve client concerns.
  • Keep client database updated with order history and follow-ups.
  • Log visits and sales activities in CRM, sending weekly reports.
  • Identify high-potential leads and suggest strategies for expansion.

what we’re looking for

  • Sales Experience – At least 2+ years in B2B sales, FMCG, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong network with cafés, retailers, and supermarkets.
  • Field Sales Mindset – Willingness to spend most of the day visiting clients.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to convince decision-makers and close deals.
  • Self-Motivation & Independence – Can work alone without daily supervision.
  • Passion for Tea & Natural Products – Knowledge or enthusiasm for premium teas is a plus.
