Ceylon Beverage Can (Pvt) Ltd is a BOI approved aluminium cans and end manufacturing company located in Horana export processing zone.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion to pursue a career in Finance. The ideal candidate should be energetic, team player with excellent communication, proactive skills, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
MANAGER - AUDIT
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits across various business units to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.
- Develop and execute audit plans, including determining the scope, objectives, and procedures for each audit engagement.
- Identify key risk areas, assess controls, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risk exposures, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with the annual risk assessment process and contribute to the preparation of the audit plan.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance on internal control matters to various business units within the group.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA or similar) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a group or multi-company environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit software.
- Age should be above 40 years.
