ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR & ADMINISTRATION

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager – HR & Administration to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, processes, and creating a positive workplace culture.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Provide guidance on policies and procedures
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Organize and oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Ensure legal compliance and maintain employee records
  • Oversee facility and general administration requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
