Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market penetration. It involves leading a high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years experience in regional sales, preferably in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in Colombo 1-15/Suburbs/Down-south/Sabaragamuwa is mandatory.
- Professional qualification in Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
