RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the leader of the demand planning function, you will be responsible for driving growth across various vehicle categories and regions by accurately forecasting demand through the analysis of historical data, seasonal trends, regional patterns, and market behavior. You will collaborate closely with CLM and Marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions with demand strategies, while leveraging analytics tools and dashboards for real-time monitoring. This role plays a key part in guiding data-driven decisions for geographic expansion and category prioritization, and supports long-term business objectives through precise projections and scenario planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, and have proven experience in demand planning, strategy, or data analysis roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI are essential. Prior experience in logistics, mobility, or technology platforms is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of customer segmentation, marketing funnels, and lifecycle strategies. The role requires a collaborative mindset, with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with CLM, marketing, operations, and product teams. Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
