Assistant Manager – Compliance Review and Assurance
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the first line functions are adhering to the requirements under AML program by conducting compliance reviews based on annual compliance plan.
- Rollout risk and compliance programs for sales distribution channels.
- Plan and conduct annual review & assurance program for sales distribution channel.
- Support Investigation team on specific investigation reviews on identified wealth planners and report to CRO.
- Facilitate training for distribution channels to create awareness on risk and compliance requirements such as AML, Sales Compliance & Fraud Risk Mitigation.
Candidates are required to have
- A degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business Management with minimum 04 years of experience in compliance, internal auditing, finance or distribution.
- Fluency in other MS Office packages especially in MS Word.
- Attention to detail, information analysis and detailed evaluating skills.
