Assistant HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the full spectrum of HR operations across head office and branches.
- Drive and monitor the execution of a performance management system.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and support data-driven decision-making.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a finance environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a professional qualification (e.g., PQHRM).
- Clear track record of high-level professionalism and integrity.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and in business presentations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across all branches islandwide.
