Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectation are met.
- Plan and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring smooth execution within budget and timeline.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective project implementation.
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and suggest process improvements.
- Manage project expectations and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Business or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala & Tamil will be added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in data analyzing and MIS reporting.
