IMMEDIATE VACANCIES IN CDEM HOSPITAL
The Center for Diabetes Endocrinology and Cardio Metabolism (Pvt.) Ltd (CDEM) is a speciality center in Sri Lanka that delivers comprehensive care for Diabetes, Endocrinology, Cardiac Disease, Metabolic Disease and Renal Diseases under one roof. Public Relations Officer / Call Center
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field (preferred, especially in healthcare administration or customer service).
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting is highly preferred (at least 1-2 years).
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Speaking Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Experience handling patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, or insurance verification (preferred).
Phlebotomist (All Island)
- Diploma in nursing course in a recognized university or institute.
- 01 year experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle potentially difficult or challenging patient scenarios.
Pharmacist / Pharmacy Assistant (Colombo, Bambalapitiya & Kadawatha)
- Diploma or pharmacist certificate with SLMC registration as a pharmacist.
- Minimum 02 year working experience in a pharmacy at a hospital or in a retail pharmacy.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Communication Skills in Both Sinhala & English and also ability to communicate in Tamil language will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on shift basis.
- IT literacy.
Marketing Assistant / Executive
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional coursework or certifications in healthcare marketing, digital marketing, or health communication (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or public relations (preferred).
- Familiarity with the hospital's products, services, and healthcare-related marketing strategies (preferred).
Cashier
- Passed at G.C.E A/L in commerce stream.
- 1-2 year experience in similar capacity.
- Computer literacy in MS office package.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in Health Care Sector would be an added advantage.
Branding Assistant / Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles. Experience in healthcare branding is a plus.
- Experience managing brand strategy and campaigns is essential.
- Excellent knowledge in Graphic Design & MS Office package.
