DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – FINANCE
Location: Mysuru- India
Muthiah Beverage And Confectionery (Pvt) Ltd (MBCPL) is a sister company of Ceylon Beverage Can (Pvt) Ltd & Ceylon Beverage International (Pvt) Ltd renowned names in the South Asian beverage industry. Located in Chamarajanagar, Mysuru, India, MBCPL has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) as a co-packer.
As we scale new heights, we are on the lookout for an experienced & dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as:
Deputy General Manager – Finance
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified in Chartered Accountancy (CA), ACCA or CIMA.
- Minimum of 05 years of progressive experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in beverage or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in managing finance operations within a plant or factory setting, including cost control, budgeting, inventory management & financial reporting.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP is a must.
- Strong understanding of costing principles, budgeting processes & management reporting.
- A relevant academic qualification will be an added advantage.
- Capable of contributing to strategic planning & decision-making at the senior management level.
- Experience in leading & developing finance teams.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Age below 40 years.
Contract Period
- The position is offered on a 02-year contract (Renewable).
