IT Support Executive

Rajida Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a leading software solution provider to Cooperative Banks and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), with 20 years of experience in the industry.
We are currently seeking skilled IT Support Executives to provide onsite technical support for Rajida Banking Software by visiting our client organizations in Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Mannar, Mullaitivu and Colombo.
Specific Duties for IT Support Executive
- Provide regular technical support services to clients for the COOP MIS Banking System by visiting their premises
- Plan and coordinate with client organization for their periodic system updates and add-on features
- Promptly coordinate with the head office technical team on clients' special issues and resolve them
- Conduct training sessions for clients' staff on system features
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills in Tamil and Sinhala.
- Technically sound in computer hardware, operating systems and MS Office package.
- Having an accounting background (accounting subject covered in O/L or A/L).
- 1+ Years experience in relevant field.
- Having your own mode of transport (motorbike preferred)
