Job Profile:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software products.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve and maintain software.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong experience with SQL Databases, including writing complex queries, data optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of C# language feature.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, or other database technologies.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP) for web-based applications.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
