JOB PROFILE
We are seeking a target-driven, growth-oriented professional who can lead crew management functions with confidence and care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing crewing operations for assigned clients and vessels, while also fostering trusted relationships with seafarers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma or Degree in Shipping, Human Resources, or a related field
- A smart-working individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Prior experience in crew management or crew supply at an executive or similar capacity
