OUTLET MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage retail outlet operations
- Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalated inquiries
- Implement loss prevention strategies and manage inventory
- Plan and execute marketing, sales promotions, and visual merchandising
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance
- Conduct regular audits and ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Manage staff schedules and oversee HR responsibilities at outlet level
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business or Retail Management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and IT literacy
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and stock control processes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team
