Outlet Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with VIP customers.
- Ensure give personalize customer service.
- Make sure on-time delivery.
- Improve the team customer service.
- Maintain the outlet neat and clean.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Previous team management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams and customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Confident in working under pressure.
