Manager – Maintenance & Engineering!

Your role will involve,

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of production machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all equipment and systems comply with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead engineering projects related to plant expansion, new machinery installation, or automation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement and implementation.
  • Optimize energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain water treatment plants, boilers, compressors, and HVAC systems.
  • Work closely with the Quality, Production, and R&D teams to support manufacturing goals.

You should have,

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in project management, factory automation, and infrastructure development.
  • 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP for food industries).
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, and IoT-based automation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to handle CAPEX projects, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
