Key Responsibilities...

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, both online and in-store.
  • Provide accurate information about our mattress range, warranty, and delivery services.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain customer service records and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics, technical, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Educate customers on product care and benefits to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Assist in showroom operations, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  • Uphold the Spring Pal brand promise by delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.

The person...

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Friendly, polite, and willing to help others
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Age below 30 preferred
