Key Responsibilities...
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, both online and in-store.
- Provide accurate information about our mattress range, warranty, and delivery services.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain customer service records and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics, technical, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Educate customers on product care and benefits to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Assist in showroom operations, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
- Uphold the Spring Pal brand promise by delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.
The person...
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Friendly, polite, and willing to help others
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Age below 30 preferred
