Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and issuing of goods.
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to ensure adequate supply.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP system.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards and compliance with regulations.
- Implement efficient storage and organization techniques to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Maintain detailed documentation of transactions, including invoices, receipts, and stock records.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to streamline processes and optimize supply chain operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in stores management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 04 years work experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication skills with both English and Sinhala.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Accounting packages will be an added qualification.
- Having experience with an ERP system will be beneficial.
- Currently working in printing industry is an added advantage.
