Chef De Partie / Chef for Traditional Sri Lankan Food / Demi Chef / I, II, III Commis Chef / Kitchen Helper Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Passion for cooking and learning new culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Stewards Requirements

  • Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Stewarding (Cleaning) Requirements

  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical usage.
  • Familiarity with dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools.
  • Good hygiene and personal cleanliness.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
