Lead and manage the procurement team at the factory to support all direct and indirect procurement needs.
Improve business profitability through cost-effective and value-driven sourcing strategies.
Ensure a healthy working capital cycle by optimizing inventory levels and negotiating favorable payment terms.
Continuously assess market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to introduce strategic sourcing initiatives.
Lead supplier performance evaluations and manage development plans for strategic suppliers.
Oversee procurement analytics and reporting, including KPI tracking, savings analysis, and spend dashboards.
Represent procurement in cross-functional meetings and maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to procurement compliance, documentation, and audit-readiness standards.
Work closely with the Group Procurement team to implement group-wide initiatives and digital tools.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation & Logistics Management, Business Management / Administration, Operational Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (CIPS, ISMM, CILT) are an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in manufacturing or plantation operations.
Strong understanding of procurement methods, sourcing techniques, and supplier evaluation processes under both Global and Local sourcing.
Sound knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).
Knowledge in Import and Customs Clearance Procedures.
Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and decision-making ability.
