Overview of the role
The Assistant Branch Manager oversees the operations of the branch, ensuring the successful execution of the company's leasing and financial services. This role is pivotal in driving branch performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.
What you will do
- Responsible in preparation of action plan for the branch to achieve overall objective and driving the team in achieving the KPIs set by the management including execution, collection, IRR and bottom-line targets.
- Ensure that the branch is managed smoothly aligned with company standard procedures and regulations while maintaining overheads.
- Identify training and development activities of branch staff and coordinate with respective authorities in order to provide the required training.
- Responsible for enhancing the market share of the company in respective territories by implementing innovative initiatives and conducting brand image building campaigns and promotional activities.
- Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service and submitting management reports as and when needed to get managerial decisions, comparisons etc.
- Represent marketing meetings, conference with proper preparation and deliver the highest contribution by providing necessary information.
What equips you for the role
- Successfully completed a qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution or fully/part qualified in SLIM or CIM and a bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a reputed financial institution or a bank and 2 years at the similar capacity.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to drive the team for exceptional results.
- Display very good problem solving, communications and decision-making skills and better understanding of regulations relevant to the finance industry.
