MANAGER- HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION (Embilipitiya / Kuda Oya)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Lead HR operations, including recruitments, Employee Relations, Performance Management & Training & Development.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies & strategic workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR documentation.
  • Overlooking Health & Safety and Administration function.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles (Agriculture industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding in HR processes, labor laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals
  • Age below 40 years
  • Living location around southern province is preferable
