MANAGER- HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION (Embilipitiya / Kuda Oya)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Lead HR operations, including recruitments, Employee Relations, Performance Management & Training & Development.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies & strategic workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR documentation.
- Overlooking Health & Safety and Administration function.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles (Agriculture industry experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding in HR processes, labor laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals
- Age below 40 years
- Living location around southern province is preferable
