HRIS & Performance Management

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the HRIS system across all group companies.
  • Liaise with the Gallery HR team for ongoing HRIS implementation and development.
  • Handle group-wide performance management system activities.
  • Administer the centralized group attendance system.
  • Generate accurate and timely MIS reports – strong MIS knowledge is essential.
  • Maintain high accuracy in all HR-related data and reporting.
  • Provide day-to-day HR operational support and coordination.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
  • PQHRM qualification (IPM) or equivalent professional certification.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS system handling.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in MIS reporting and data analytics.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
