(HR Executive)
HRIS & Performance Management
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the HRIS system across all group companies.
- Liaise with the Gallery HR team for ongoing HRIS implementation and development.
- Handle group-wide performance management system activities.
- Administer the centralized group attendance system.
- Generate accurate and timely MIS reports – strong MIS knowledge is essential.
- Maintain high accuracy in all HR-related data and reporting.
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support and coordination.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.
- PQHRM qualification (IPM) or equivalent professional certification.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS system handling.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in MIS reporting and data analytics.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and performance management systems.
- Exceptional coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
