Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and strategy implementation.
- Manage a team of Sales Executives and ensure team targets are met.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assist in developing new sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with team handling preferred.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
