To fuel our rapid growth, we are seeking passionate and driven Business Development Managers to join our dynamic salesforce. If you have 1–2+ years of experience in sales—especially in digital media or tech-based B2B sales—we’d love to hear from you.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our immersive tech solutions including AR, VR, MR, 3D experiences, and gamification services.
- Identify, pursue, and close B2B sales opportunities across diverse industries such as retail, real estate, education, healthcare, tourism, and entertainment.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.
- Initiate and manage lead generation activities—pitching, presentations, and demos to potential clients.
- Leverage strategic partnerships to drive sales within the company’s core service areas.
- Craft and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
- Utilize storytelling and visual demonstrations to communicate the value of immersive experiences.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and client data using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1 or 2+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Prior experience: in selling digital solutions for tech-based B2B sales.
- Knowledge: Substantial understanding of software development processes and technologies (a significant advantage).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital engagement tools.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into opportunities.
- Proficient in English – verbal and written.
- Tech-savviness with a passion for digital transformation and innovation.
