GROUP FINANCE MANAGER
Maharaja Foods PLC, a subsidiary of GTV Global Holdings, is listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange. We manage a diverse group of six companies. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction in the food industry. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of all our subsidiary companies.
Qualifications:
- Qualified or partly qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Proven experience in audit and commercial finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading financial planning and analysis.
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Overseeing the financial operations of all six subsidiary companies.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with auditors and commercial teams to ensure accuracy.
- Preparing and presenting monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and cash flow reports.
- Preparing and submitting quarterly financial statements to be uploaded to the CSE website.
Salary:
- Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
